Ursula is always upbeat, positive and has great knowledge about framing and art work as she puts together just the right mats that bring out the best details in a picture.

I came here on a whim after a few ditch efforts to find someone who could mount a matte to our picture for the grand opening next Tuesday, and Ursula definitely exceeded my expectations! Not only was she the only person out of the five I called to have an oversized matte available, she was the only one who could also get the custom frame done before Tuesday. She worked her magic and had it available the very next day!

I had emailed Ursula the day before I went in to see if they could replace the glass of a frame I had broken. She replied that evening and gave me a quote based on the dimensions I gave her in my initial contact. Went in the next day and was in and out within 30 minutes. And turns out it was cheaper than I was originally quoted, can’t complain about that! Will definitely be going back to them for my other framing needs in the future.
